My first international collaboration of 2023 is finally out and I couldn’t be more excited about this.
I can’t tell you how many times I have read international publications/articles where not a single one African destination was featured. Not only was it frustrating but also unfortunate knowing our rich our culinary cultures are and vibrant our food scenes are especially in capital cities such as Accra 
, Abidjan 
or Lagos 
.
That’s the reason why I am so excited about collaboration. Not only does it showcase one of my country but also one of the best destination in West Africa : Dakar, Senegal 
.
I can’t thank the editorial lead of Eater enough for the opportunity and the trust. I truly hope that’s the first one of many and I am looking forward to see others African cities like Lomé 
or Douala 
represented.
