Chef, Culinary Consultant, Businessman, Recipient of the Award – Best Ivorian of the Diaspora, and the list goes on and on…
If you only had to remember one thing about the talented Loïc Dablé; it’s his unwavering ambition to promote how incredibly rich and diverse the African Gastronomy is.

That’s one of the main behind the African Food Art Tour, a culinary event that highlighted a contemporary vision of the African cuisine.
The event was launched in Benin, in two of the renowned cultural venues of the country: the “Zinsou Foundation” and the “Museum of Ouidah”.
After Benin in West Africa, the Chef and his team then headed to Cape town in South Africa
where they hosted a private diner or should I rather a breathtaking culinary experience.
It’s with great interest that I was following the African Food Art Tour through the Chef’s social media accounts secretly wishing that Côte d’Ivoire be included in the tour…until they announced new dates & new destinations.

The African Food Art Tour in Côte d’Ivoire
From March 15th to 19th 2017, Chef Loïc Dablé and his team hosted a series of events in Côte d’Ivoire. Partnering with them on two of those events was a dream come true and I felt honored to have had the chance to do so.
The 1st event : Cooking classes at the Radisson Blu Airport Abidjan
The 2nd event : A private dinner hosted at the Art Galery Cecile Fakhoury
It was a full-course dining experience during which the guests enjoyed 6 different dishes through a unique food and art pairing with the Ivorian artist Yeanzi.
